Building a Strong School Community

At our school, we believe that parents are the first educators of their children. Your involvement is essential in fostering a supportive, engaged, and thriving learning environment.

We encourage all families to actively participate in the day-to-day activities of the school, as this not only supports our teachers but also enhances student development by allowing staff to focus more on education.

Family Participation Requirement

Each family is required to contribute 20 hours of volunteer work per school year. These hours can be completed in a variety of meaningful ways that directly benefit our students and school community.

Ways to Get Involved:

✔️ Hot Lunch Program – Assist with setup and distribution
✔️ Grant Applications – Help secure funding for school programs
✔️ Teacher Support – Photocopying, classroom displays, and other tasks
✔️ Lost & Found Management – Organizing and sorting items
✔️ Educational Resources – Assisting with organizing books, materials, and supplies
✔️ Community Events – Help plan and run school-wide events
✔️ Book Fair – Assist with setup and operations
✔️ Field Trips – Support teachers in coordinating and supervising trips

Why Parent Involvement Matters

🔹 Strengthens our school community
🔹 Creates a collaborative and supportive environment
🔹 Allows parents to play an active role in their child’s education

“Many hands make light work!” – Together, we can create an enriching, well-supported school environment where students thrive.
